The one-day guided tour will begin with a short morning trip to the HiLASE Centre, a state-of-the-art research facility developing advanced laser technologies for industry and science. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about its groundbreaking work in high-power lasers and see some of the laboratories where these innovations are developed.

Following the visit, the group will continue to the Klášterní pivovar Strahov (Brewery Strahov) (klasterni-pivovar.cz), located in the historic Strahov Monastery near Prague Castle. Established in 2000, the brewery revives the centuries-old brewing tradition of the Premonstratensian monks. Today, it produces a range of craft beers under the Saint Norbert label, offering seasonal specialities alongside classic Czech styles.
At Brewery Strahov, you will enjoy a hearty lunch in the atmospheric brewery restaurant, followed by a guided tour of the brewhouse. The combination of history, tradition, and modern brewing techniques makes this visit a memorable experience for beer lovers and non-beer drinkers alike.
